The location was excellent for me as it was next to eating places, the biggest tourist attraction and all tourist spots of Avila.

Exceptionally comfortable bed in twin room with heating and WiFi.

I enjoyed its friendly and amazingly kind employees.

There were spotless & huge rooms with a good bathroom as well as aircon. The location was excellent and stunning, for example, a Catholic church was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel.

Exceptional location just outside the city walls, making it incredibly convenient to explore the historic walled city. The garage, although small, was a lifesaver as it provided secure parking. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities, including air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The value for the price was truly outstanding. The staff, particularly a very kind gentleman, went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.

Excellent location in the heart of the city's main attraction. Spacious room with unique interior design and a large, clean bathroom. Convenient access to a large patio with outdoor seating. Reasonable pricing and great service. Underground parking available for an additional fee.

Well decorated, clean, comfortable hotel conveniently located next to tourist office just outside the remarkable town wall. We were lucky to get the last space in the adjacent street where there was free parking. We had a large room with huge veranda like a small yard! Fine to stay but look elsewhere to eat!

Associated (but separate) restaurant expensive without justification. T-bone steak was safe choice: comes with limp chips! Suckling pig was a plate of warm pork scratchings with small bones and nothing else. And a quid each for a chunk of bread whether you ate it or not! Breakfast OK. 5 Euro for small dog which is more than most but cheaper than some.

The location was marvellous and stunning, and we could reach Muralla de Avila by walking🙂

There were a bit lumpy beds.

Great location near the historic sites and restaurants in Avila. The secure parking garage was a bonus for peace of mind. The room was clean and the bathroom was spotless. The reception staff was friendly and helpful.

Despite these minor inconveniences, the overall value for money offered by the hotel was excellent. The location, cleanliness, and helpfulness of the staff outweighed any drawbacks.

Right outside the city wall, it was a quiet location and still next to downtown. Great restaurant attached to the hotel.

Ease in finding parking in front of hotel. Triple room was spacious as it had a sofa, coffee table, and a separate table and chairs. Balcony as well. Quiet at night. Very clean. Hotel was easy to find, located just outside city wall.

The overhead lighting in room made it seem a bit sterile.

the location was amazing, right in front of the historic stone walls. the room was spacious, cozy, and the heating kept us warm in winter. overall, las murallas exceeded our expectations and made our stay in avila unforgettable.
